Archery Membership

NOTICE:  We are currently NOT accepting new members due to Covid 19. If you would like to put your name on our waiting list, please follow instructions below for submitting the required paperwork. You will be contacted when there is an opening.

Types of Memberships

We offer the following types of Membership:

Junior Members and Family Memberships

All Adult Members must be 18 years of age. However we do allow children (Junior Members) to participate starting at age 16 for airguns, crossbows and firearms. The minimum age for Archery is 10 (No Crossbows) Before children under 18 can participate they must take the Youth Club Safety Course (Archery, Airgun or Firearm) All children under 18 must be under direct supervision by an adult member at all times.   

Archery Membership

Prospective members wishing to do Archery do not need a Firearms License to become a member of the Simcoe County Gun Club.

We require copies of the front and back of Government ID such as a driver’s license to verify your address.  We require a signed waiver which is available below.

There is a minimum one year probationary period. New members must also complete the Club Level Archery Safety Course.


You can mail your application and signed waiver with the required enclosures to the club address below.

​Digital copies may be emailed to Club Secretary. If sending digital copies, please label your files surname_firstname followed by whatever the image contains. We prefer .jpg or .pdf format for your digital files.
